This is erected to the memory of Jane Jones, a mark of esteem and fond affection by her disconsolate husband John Jones of the parish of Llanelly, in the County of Brecon. She departed this life November 16th 1847 in her 27th year, also John their son, departed this life April 14th 1844 aged 6 months, also Ann their daughter departed this life, July 7th 1847, aged 6 weeks.
