In memory of Mary, daughter of Thomas & Rachel Jacob of the parish of Llanfoist, who died June 23 1818 aged 27 years. Also of Elizabeth, wife of Thomas Jacob of the parish of Llanover (farmer) who died 14th February 1837 aged 42 years, also of Thomas Jacob who died March 13th 1851 aged 73 years
